  • There are mixed ingredients inside such as galangal, lemongrass, cinnamon, tamarind juice, palm sugar, coriander, cumin, candlenut, garlic, shallot, and pepper. And they are harvested  their peak of freshness.

  • What you need: 1 kg chicken, 750 ml water, 1 pouch White Curry mix. How to cook: Bring water to a boil. Pour White Curry mix into boiling water and stir thoroughly. Add chicken and continue cooking on medium heat. Cook until chicken tender and sauce thickens (approx. 1 hour).
  • You can add tofu and boiled egg into the stew, cook a little bit time into the process but the final result is so worth it.
